3 Tips To Landing A Better And Higher Paying Job

A client of mine, Maria from Georgia, had been laid off and was having great trouble finding a job the conventional way. I had given her a couple of strategic steps that she followed and it resulted in not only a new job but a better paying one.
Here’s 3 Quick Tips To Help You Do The Same!
1. Make A List Of Personal Resources
I told Maria to make a list of personal resources. That’s a list of every contact she had ever made in her life. Both personal and professional. The list would have people she had worked with and for, as well as friends, family and acquaintances.
2. Call Your List Of Personal Resources
Call this list of resources and while building a rapport with them ask about how their job is doing. Ask what they like about the company, what they don’t like about the company. Continue by asking what the needs are and if they know of anyone who may be hiring right now and would be looking for someone who is diligent, hard working and dependable.You would be amazed at how many people would say ‘yes’. Maria was thoroughly amazed. While calling this list of resources, Maria had connected with a former co-worker who had informed her that the company he was now with was looking for a Project Manager and that she would be perfect for the job. He immediately recommended her to the President of the firm.
3. Apply The Core Rapport Methodology™
