The Fringe Benefits of Failure, and the Importance of Imagination

‘Harry Potter’ author J.K. Rowling received an honorary doctor of letters degree from Harvard University.

During her commencement ceremony she told guests, “We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all the power we need inside ourselves already; we have the power to imagine better.”

Her entire speech is now available on-line and you can read it on the Harvard Gazette website.
